If you have been arrested; been accused of a crime; under investigation; a suspect in a crime or if you have been questioned by the police,
Call me immediately!
Do not delay!

The government has the power to take a person's life,
liberty, or property. Anyone facing such consequences needs an
experienced, skilled attorney, who can present a forceful defense.

"Being charged with any criminal offense is a frightening experience. You need to know your rights under the law and act to  protect them immediately, - before memories fade, evidence is lost, or witnesses disappear. Don't wait to get help. The longer your attorney has before trial, (whether it is this law firm, or another) the better and stronger your defense can be."

REMEMBER:

You have the right to remain silent and to consult with an attorney before answering any questions.
U.S. Constitution Fifth, Sixth, and Fourteenth Amendments

". . . the accused shall enjoy the right . . . to have the assistance of counsel for his defence."
U.S. Constitution Sixth Amendment

". . . every subject shall have a right to produce all proofs, that may be favorable to him; to meet the witnesses against him face to face, and to be fully heard in his defence by himself, or his counsel, at his election."
Massachusetts Declaration of Rights Part 1, Article 12
