Profile

The oldest still governing written constitution in the world is the Massachusetts Constitution and Declaration of Rights. Our forefathers made tremendous sacrifices to bring about a vision for this country. They put that vision into our Constitution. Many men and women have paid the ultimate price for our freedom, our Constitutions are written in their blood, and our very freedoms were paid for by them.As a young Marine recruit I took an oath to “support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic…” Today I defend the Constitution with the same zeal, determination and enthusiasm in the courtroom.

By defending the Constitution I protect your rights, your freedoms, and your life.

I agree with Clarence Darrow when he said, “You can only protect your liberties in this world by protecting the other man’s freedom. You can only be free if I am free.”

I have dedicated my practice to helping people fight for their rights as citizens against the oppression of the state, the federal government, and organizations such as the police, prosecutors, city hall, insurance companies, and corporations.

I have never prosecuted anyone on behalf of the state or federal government. I have always been an advocate for the accused and a defender of the Massachusetts Constitution and Declaration of Rights and the United States Constitution.

I cannot guarantee the results in your case but I can guarantee that I will zealously advocate for you. I will fight for you and I will never give up or cower to the might of the government, the state or the police.

God has given me the means and the ability to do what I do today and to be where I am today. I attribute any success that I have had in life to Him. I have not always been faithful to Him but He has always been faithful to me.
